When our former property management company gave notice they no longer represented us, we met and Jody who came and immediately identified areas of opportunity for our homeowners that hadn't been brought up prior and went to work to repair it. In a short time they have installed a dishwasher, fixed a shower, repaired the porch, pressure washed, fixed walls, toilets, sinks, and more! They also are working with our neighbor and local government on common owned property that's fallen in disrepair. They send monthly financial statements and are always available to answer questions from our HOA members, not just the board. Our annual meeting was just held and for the first time, we had actual numbers on a spreadsheet that we all understood. Bottom line...both Donna and Jody are responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with and our HOA recommends them 110% over and over!

Donna single-handedly had just under $20K in outstanding dues returned to our HOA due to an owner who had fallen ill. She worked with the attorney and our board members quick and efficiently to solve this important matter.
