Rental seasons

•  Summer: June through August: each home has different check-in/check out days which could  affect dates in May and September

•  All other: September through May: 2 night minimum 

Exceptions: beginning of September and the end of May as part of the summer season

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

•  Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and 

must reside onsite for duration of rental stay.

• It is against house rules and agreement to rent for another person.

Maximum occupancy: 10

•  Maximum occupancy includes all persons from age 4 years and up. 

•  Please reach out to owner if you have other guests to obtain prior approval. 

•  Additional fee if additional guests are not approved in advance.
